These Photos From Hurricane Harvey Will Break Your Heart

Spread the love!

There is absolutely no shortage of moving, inspiring, and touching photos from the ground and air efforts after Hurricane Harvey.

The chaos that has unfolded in Texas has left many injured and homeless at the mercy of Mother Nature. While we focus on the human cost of which this hurricane has taken, we sometimes forget about our furry little friends and what they are going though as well. Confused, left behind in the hurry to escape, scared and wet, these loyal creatures rely on us for salvation in such times. Thankfully, members of the National Guard have put equal effort into saving both their lives as well.  So sit back and take a look at the following photos that have been hand picked out of many photos for their raw, touching and inspiring nature. Both in terms of the men and women displaced and haunted by the storm, and also our furry companions.
